Wednesday was our 4 year anniversary. We gave each other great gifts: Time together. We went to lunch and on a nice walk in the sun. Ah, I love that warm hint of spring.
(Jacob liked when we stopped and let him lay in the grass)Then the rest of the week was spent in preparation for my brother-in-laws wedding. I was able to meet my creative needs and did the flowers: freesia, lilies, spray roses-- it smelled so good. the wedding was great and it was fun to spend time with family
(All the grandkids of the Hillstrom family)In other good news, weighed in today. Lost 4 lbs. Which is good because we are going to Hawaii in less than 5 weeks and swimming suits are a must.
Also, I have several new blogging buddies: The Williams, Talbot, Liggett, and Cotten families.

Hey! Are you going to Steamboat anytime in the Summer? Ian and I would like to maybe plan a trip there, if invited, when you will be there. Let me know. We are trying to plan a mini-vacation for a graduation celebration, but I don't know if you are going to be in CO that soon after returning from Hawaii! I hope all is well. Thank you! Yes, my parents still live in the same place. I don't think they'll ever move. I'm glad you gave your Mom my link. I love your Mom. She was always so much fun! I'm sure she still is. Okay, so I came to your blog since it had been a while since you had a new post (darn bloglines...) and saw that I missed this one! And I"m sorry to say, Eli, but that baby is the spitting image of Janel! He is one good looking kid! Love his blue eyes! Also, that picture of the man who took your picture in the last post made me laugh and laugh all over again. SO funny!
I want to be going to Hawaii in less than 5 weeks (4 now!) So, so jealous. I'm also jealous of the weight loss--you are stinking awesome!
