Still not house yet. The appraisal was supposed to happen on Friday after the repairs were supposedly done. However, it couldn't be completed because they failed to fill in a stupid pond that is too close to the foundation. Apparently the bank's realtor went to the house and dug up the pond herself. It's about time. So hopefully we get some good news in the next 2 weeks or so.
We did get some good news in another part of our life. We are having a baby girl. Finally-- dresses, ribbons, curlers-- my wish come true.

Girls are so fun. Congrats! And I know how frustrating the house business can be. Once everything works out, it is all worth it. Good luck and I hope you're feeling better. Yay for girls!

A girl!! Yay!! I'm a bit of a tomboy so I couldn't imagine enjoying shopping for a girl, but I love it! They're so much fun! (At least so far....ha ha).
