Day 2: Laid on the beach. Checked out the city and ate at Puka Dog (as seen on the Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations)
Day 3:Drove to North shore and Laie so Lauren could check out BYU. Stopped to check out the surf.
Day 4: Played in the pool.
Day 5: Met up with long lost friend, Ellie, and went to Polynesian Cultural Center
Day 6: Went to Pearl Harbor. Jake met 2 WWII Veterans, Pearl Harbor survivors.
Day 7:Eli went deep sea fishing. We hung out at the beach.
Day8: Dole Pineapple Plantation.
Day 9: Sunbathed on the beach all day. Enjoyed a band at night.
Day 10: Army Museum by day. Hot date with Eli at night.
I learned several things on this trip. First, Jacob loves tiki torches. Next, 5.5 hours is a long flight with a baby. Lastly, Hawaii is freakin' expensive! I miss the beach already. Washington beach just doesn't compare.

I am so jealous and it looks like a lot of fun! We need a vacation, the only thing coming up this summer is the Evans Family Reunion in Boise Idaho, wahoo!

I have been trying my hardest to convince Seth that I need a vacation and soon! So far he is not convinced, I think he is scared of traveling with such a stressed out lady! It looks like you had so much fun, I am completely jealous! I love the picture of Jacob and the Polynesian, so fun!

Glad you had a great time in Hawaii! Jacob looks so cute in that picture of him chillin' in the pool. Kids are so much fun! Hey we need to catch up again. Oh I am so jealous. Zach and I haven't been on any good trips. Both our honeymoon and first anniversary trips were so dang hot with nothing to do. Awful. Last year I was two days away from having Austin. And now, on a student's budget, yeah right. Anyway, so glad you wrote on my page. I added you guys. Congrats on the marriage, the little guy, and everything. I often think fondly of the fun we had that summer. I may still have a cd from that Seattle trip with Grant. Ahhh fun times. Oh, and tell Eli hi for me.
